Helpful manager, rude front desk staff.

Just a decent option for an overnight stopping in Vancouver with outstanding value for money. The parking was ample and right next to the hotel, which was a great perk. Make sure to check for restaurant hours before your stay.

The hotel is charming with a lovely view of the
harbor. The room was cozy, the staff friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring Granville Island. However, the wallpaper could use some updating. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway.

Arriving after 9:30 PM left us without any food options since everything was closed, which isn't ideal for hungry travelers. We had room issues, including a malfunctioning safe and a finicky TV. The dim lighting made it tough to work or read at night. The location, while scenic, felt isolated for late-night outings.

The Granville Island Hotel's serene atmosphere, stunning waterfront views, and easy accessibility to nearby walking trails made my stay delightful. The elegant marble-finished bathrooms and cozy decor added a refined touch, creating a relaxing getaway.
Room options for larger groups would be helpful.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
Enjoyed a peaceful night in a cozy room with lovely touches like daily chocolate deliveries. Despite minor maintenance needs, the staff's friendliness made it a delightful experience. The on-site restaurant served fantastic meals—don’t miss breakfast! Consider a higher floor for better views.

Granville Island's food scene is a total gem, with fresh finds at the Market and killer eats from Dockside Restaurant right next door. Plus, the cozy hotel vibe and friendly staff made for a fab stay!
However, the hotel could use a little facelift—the carpets and chairs look like they've seen better days.
